Juwan Griffith, also known as “JuJu” is the Founder and Owner JuJu Performance. JuJu is a former Division-I football player at Army West Point where he played 3 years of football before he found my passion in coaching. He became a student-assistant for the Army Strength Staff in 2017 before leaving West Point. JuJu became an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Varsity House Gym and within a year he was the Assistant Performance Director at Varsity House Gym where he oversaw all athlete training for junior high school, high school, college, professional athletes, and group fitness classes for the general population.
JuJu has had to ability to train, help and continue to improve the performance of many junior high school, high school, college, professional and tactical athletes in many different leagues like the NFL, NBA, FIBA, and United States Army.
JuJu is a graduate from Excelsior College in Albany, New York and I hold my Master’s Degree in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University.
